Welcome to Sakan Travel & Tourism. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required payment and issuing the necessary documents.

2. Our Responsibility

We act as agents for tourism service providers. The company is not responsible for any delays or cancellations resulting from airline errors or cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or political unrest).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type and cancellation timing. Original service provider terms apply in addition to a small administrative fee for the company. This policy will be explained to each client separately upon booking.

4. Required Documents

The traveler is responsible for ensuring the validity of their passport (must be at least 6 months from the date of travel) and obtaining all necessary visas for the destined destination.

5. Price Changes

Due to fluctuations in exchange rates and fuel prices, we reserve the right to adjust prices before final booking confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed and the full amount is paid, the company has no right to change the price.
